The Edison – Long Beach, CA
Ratkovich Properties breathed new life into the formerly idle, mid-century modern City Hall East office building, built in 1959. The Edison now serves as a new western gateway to the East Village Arts District in Downtown Long Beach, and features 156 urban loft apartments, rooftop amenities, a ground floor restaurant and retail uses.
